Basic synthetic paper films are economical and environmentally friendly.


【PP Synthesis】Matte: Synthesized from polymer materials (polyethylene, polypropylene), possessing ductility.


【Pearl Synthesis】Glossy and matte finishes are achieved through film stretching (pressing or blowing) using chemical or physical methods to paperize the material, making it economical and environmentally friendly. The product is 100% recyclable and lightweight.


【Transparent Rigid Polyvinyl Chloride】Made of polyvinyl chloride, it is stretchable and waterproof. Used for transparent sticker printing, or to increase thickness and protect printed materials. Usable below 70°C.


【OPP/DOPP】Glossy, matte, and waterproof. Used to increase thickness and protect printed materials, or to change surface gloss. Usable below 70°C.


【Thermosensitive Synthetic】Short-lasting information, no ribbon replacement required. Used in logistics, hospitals, and the beverage industry.

 

Basic synthetic paper film: Economical and environmentally friendly.
Different adhesive systems are developed to suit different environments and substrate applications. Characteristics include: curved surfaces, flexibility, translucency, and stretchability.
It exhibits excellent performance, suitable for labeling challenging tasks such as small-diameter bottle labels.
Adhesive penetration properties have been significantly improved.
This adhesive complies with FDA Section 175.105 and can be used for non-direct contact labeling of food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
Applications: Typical applications include cosmetic labels, pharmaceutical labels, and food industry labels.
