High-performance materials

【High-temperature resistant Polyimide】
Polyimide (PI) is a type of polymer containing repeating propylene imide units, possessing advantages such as wide operating temperature range, chemical resistance, and high strength.
DuPont first commercialized polypropylene imide in 1961.

【Low temperature resistance 2.3 Mil】
White Polypropylene Minimum Application Temper-ature:
-5-20° C Service Temperature Range: -50-196° C.

【VOID tag】
The PET face stock is designed with multiple layers for anti-counterfeiting and tamper-evident labeling.

【Polyolefin film】
Polyolefin film designed specifically for inkjet printed labels, BS5609 certified.

【Antistatic labels】
According to EIA 625 and EIA 541, this product is considered to be electrostatic safe. The testing standard complies with EOS/ESD S11.11.

【Pharmaceutical and medical labeling】
Specifically designed for labeling medical devices and healthcare products, it features low leaching properties and high bactericidal activity, complying with GMP management DMF (Digital Documentation) labeling requirements.
It performs well on blood donation labels and sterilization bags, meeting the requirements of User-Defined Identification (UDI).
It is resistant to low temperatures from -20℃ to -121℃.

【Composite materials】
Through structural reorganization, different thicknesses and materials can be selected according to function or texture.

Emphasizing the customization capabilities of its products in various processes, the company offers a wide range of products resistant to high and low temperatures, with medical certification, UL certification, food grade, pharmaceutical grade, and solvent resistance. These products can be applied to most substrates, both flat and curved, including cardboard, plastic film, and HDPE containers.
