High-performance label material: VOID label
VOID labels are available in three types based on the characteristics of the object they are applied to: fully reversible, partially reversible, and non-reversible.
The principle is that a special process is used to create a lettering pattern on the reverse side of the material. When the label is peeled off the surface of the object, the pre-set lettering or pattern will remain intact on the surface, providing an irreversible seal as a method of preventing tampering.
1. The label face material can be made in white, matte silver, bright silver, or other colors, or even in color, depending on the printing method and the surface of the object.
2. The label face material can be coated according to the printing method. The treated surface provides excellent printing and printing effects, and is resistant to chemical reagents and abrasion.
UV printing is a technology that uses ultraviolet light to cure ink during the printing process. It can quickly dry and cure the ink, avoiding the drying time required in traditional printing, thus greatly improving printing efficiency and product quality. UV printing technology can be applied to various materials, including paper, film, metal, and glass. Due to its high quality, high efficiency, and environmental friendliness, UV printing technology is widely used in printing, packaging, advertising, and labeling.
3. When a VOID label is peeled off the substrate, the pre-set text or pattern on the substrate is separated from the substrate and remains intact on the substrate surface. The peeled substrate and text cannot be reassembled.
4. The pre-set text within the VOID label substrate can be text, patterns, or other custom-designed patterns specified by the customer. This greatly enhances anti-counterfeiting capabilities and improves corporate image.
